Settings and deleting your account

Settings holds your business name and your name, your stop labels, your team if you have one, your plan, your sign-in, and the delete button.

The Settings page: Your business, Tours, Plan and Account sections

Sign in with Google, or type your email and tap Send login link for a one-time link. There is no password.

One address is one account. If you started with a login link, Sign in with Google can say You already have an account. Nothing is wrong: keep using Send login link, and you are in the same account with the same tours.

The installed app asks for a Sign-in code instead, or Google. You get the code from the browser you are already signed in to: menu, Use on home screen. See Offline, installing and updates. A link from your email opens in the browser, not the app. If you open a login link on a different device from the one that requested it, the app asks you to Confirm your email before finishing.

Account / business name is the name shown for your account, on the tours your colleagues see. Your name is you. Save changes.

Rename any stop label or change its colour. A label is a name and a colour, nothing more; the times do not care.

Delete my account… asks you to type DELETE. Then:

  • Your tours are hidden at once.
  • Every driver link and tour-manager invitation is cut at once.
  • After 30 days the account and the tours are erased for good.

Sign back in within those thirty days and you can Recover account. Your tours come back. The driver and tour-manager links do not; you share them again.

A running subscription is cancelled as part of the deletion. You do not have to cancel it first.

A lapsed trial or a cancelled subscription does not delete anything. Your tours wait, read-only, until you come back.

The one limit: an account with no paid subscription and no sign-in for 24 months may be deleted. You get an email at least 30 days before. Signing in once is enough to keep it.

If your account only exists because someone invited you to their tour by email, deletion is immediate and there is no recovery window. There is nothing of yours to recover.
