Billing and your trial

Your trial lasts 14 days and needs no card. Subscribe at any point from Billing: €29.99 / month or €249.99 / year, which is about three and a half months free.

A gold card in the app says Free trial — 9 days left. Everything works. When it ends, your tours stay and open, but editing stops: Read-only — your trial has ended. Subscribe to edit. Drivers with a link keep seeing the day.

Billing → Monthly or Annual → Subscribe. During the trial the page is headed Keep editing after your trial, and it says what happens to the days you have left: Subscribing now keeps the rest of your trial: your first payment is taken when it ends. Your card goes into Stripe’s checkout, never into the app. Back on the page, Finishing up… we’re waiting for payment confirmation clears in a few seconds; refresh if it does not.

The plan is Solo. The page lists what that includes: Unlimited tours, templates, and driver links, One editing user: you, and Tour managers you invite can open your tours. For more editing users, see Teams.

Billing belongs to the account owner. A team member or admin who opens it is sent to Settings instead.

The Billing page during the trial: Annual and Monthly with their prices, what Solo includes, and the Subscribe button

All of it is in Stripe’s portal: Manage billing on the Billing page, or under Plan in Settings. Update the card, switch between monthly and annual, download invoices, or cancel.

Cancel and you keep editing until the period you paid for ends. The app says Subscription ends 3 March 2027, then Read-only — your subscription has ended. Your tours are kept. The Billing page goes back to plan selection, with a View past invoices link so the old invoices stay reachable.

The banner says Payment failed — update your card to avoid losing access, with an Update card button. You can keep editing while Stripe retries. Fix the card and it clears.

Deleting your account cancels the subscription for you. Invoices you already have stay available. See Settings and deleting your account.
