So this asks almost nothing of you. No account, nothing to download, nothing to log into, no password to forget. A link and a short PIN, and then the day in a form that is about your job rather than the guide’s.
This is the whole thing
Not a screen you have to learn. Two times, how long the group is away, the drive to the next one, and where to put the coach. It is deliberately large, because it gets read through a windscreen in daylight with a group getting off, and the only button on it opens navigation.
It also keeps working with no signal, which matters more on a country road than anyone planning a tour from an office tends to think.

Where the coach actually goes
Not the group’s address. The coach park on the far side, the second entrance past the barrier, the lay-by with room for one coach, the square where you can set down but not wait. Written by someone who has been there and had to circle the block.
What time, and what time it became
The arrival, the departure, and how long the group is away. When the day changes, it changes on your screen too. Nobody has to remember to ring you.
What happens after this one
The next stop and the drive to it, so you know whether this is a coffee or a sit still.

You are not buying this for your drivers
Driver access is free and always will be, so there is no seat to approve and no cost to justify. What you are actually deciding is whether to ask people to adopt something, which is the part that usually fails.
The honest sales pitch is that we have not had to ask. On a seven-day tour with two coaches, both drivers started using it without being told to, having been given a link because they needed to know where to park.
If it does not stick with your drivers, it costs you nothing and you stop. That is a smaller decision than most of the ones on your desk.
